Coordinate domestic and international business travel for employees: book flights, hotels, trains, and cars; manage invoices and expenses; liaise with vendors; assist during disruptions; prepare travel cost reports; support group travel logistics and occasional after-hours assistance.

Lead and develop CD PROJEKT RED's internal creative studio, setting operating models, prioritizing briefs, managing delivery across static, video and in-game assets, and building a high-performing, collaborative team while partnering with brand and production leaders.

Manage and develop a Technical QA team for The Witcher 4 (Polaris). Implement QA strategy, ensure milestone verification, monitor KPIs and risks, improve QA tools/workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide hands-on technical debugging and performance analysis support.
