Build, configure, upgrade, and support client infrastructure for casino revenue-audit applications. Responsibilities include Windows and SQL Server administration, database integrations, AWS VPN and hybrid networking, Active Directory, remote access, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and client consultations. The consultant leads implementation kickoffs, manages multiple projects, resolves escalated production issues, supports internal IT, and participates in an on-call rotation. The role is primarily based in Tulsa with occasional travel and planned after-hours cutovers.

Configure and upgrade casino finance software, build and validate system integrations, provide end-to-end production support, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and perform root cause analysis. Write SQL, XML, and C# code, use Git, document technical solutions, and support workloads across on-premise and AWS environments. Explain technical findings to customers and contribute to cloud migration, knowledge sharing, and responsible use of AI tools.

Configure casino accounting software for client properties, document financial processes, train audit and accounting teams, support go-live and first month-end close, review reconciliations, resolve imbalances, and maintain detailed client setup records. The role is client-facing and requires travel to casino properties approximately once a month.
