Summary
CCT builds the software casinos use to manage their money — counting it, auditing it, reconciling it, and getting it onto the books accurately every single day. Casinos handle an unusual amount of cash under unusually strict regulation, and our software is how they keep track of all of it.
Accounting Consultants are the people who set that software up for each new client and teach their finance teams to use it. This is a client-facing consulting role. You travel to casino properties, learn how that property counts and reconciles its cash today, configure our software to match their chart of accounts and their processes, train their audit and accounting staff, and stay with them through their first month-end close on the new system. Part accountant, part teacher, part problem-solver.
Curiosity matters more here than casino experience — most consultants learn that part on the job.
What You'll Do
Learn how each client handles money. Every property does it a little differently. You will spend time on-site with the people who count, audit, and reconcile the cash, and document how their process actually works before anything changes.
Set up the software. Configure our platform to match the client's chart of accounts and financial workflows, and build the entries that make their cash reconcile correctly — for a single property or a group of them.
Train the client's team. Teach audit and accounting staff how to do their daily work in the new system. You will be the one standing in front of the room, adjusting your explanation until it lands.
Support the first close. Be there for the first days a client runs live on our software, and again through their first month-end close. Review the financial output for accuracy, track down anything out of balance, and work it out with their staff.
Keep the record straight. Document each client's setup and any decisions specific to them, clearly enough that the next consultant on that account can pick it up and keep going.
