Configures, deploys, troubleshoots, upgrades, and supports client network infrastructure, including switching, routing, wireless, firewalls, and related technologies. Participates in network assessments, site surveys, installations, project implementations, solution design, and technical documentation. Collaborates with senior engineers, project managers, and clients, provides technical support, resolves connectivity issues, and supports on-site and occasional after-hours activities.

The Senior Project Manager leads complex cross-functional projects and oversees the integration of acquired organizations into the enterprise PMO framework by assessing processes, tools, and financial controls.

Processes product and service sales orders, invoices, quotes, and customer records. Coordinates with sales, manufacturers, program leads, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and support month-end invoicing. Maintains spreadsheets, databases, and project tracking records while handling additional administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
