Teams at CCRM Fertility

Develops referral relationships with physicians, OB/GYN practices, hospitals, employers, and healthcare partners to generate new patient visits for CCRM fertility services. Conducts field visits, provider meetings, educational events, and health fairs; tracks outreach and referral pipelines in Salesforce; reports performance; and collaborates with clinical, marketing, and patient services teams to ensure effective referral handoffs.

The Administrative Coordinator supports the CCRM Management team by managing schedules, processing patient requests, and coordinating medical records. Responsibilities include patient intake, appointment scheduling, and maintaining communication within the admin team.

The Customer Experience Supervisor oversees the team managing patient billing inquiries, ensuring timely responses and exceptional customer service during treatment. They assist with escalations and manage various patient communication requests.
