Provides individualized nursing care and coordination for fertility patients throughout IVF treatment. Responsibilities include assessing medical histories, coordinating treatment plans and appointments, educating patients on procedures and medications, supporting medication administration, monitoring treatment and early pregnancies, maintaining EMR records, performing intrauterine inseminations, and advocating for patients. Collaborates with physicians and supports patients through counseling, treatment decisions, and ongoing communication.
