Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling; produce monthly/quarterly/annual reports; analyze operational performance and KPIs; support strategic planning, board and investor materials; identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Plan, promote, and execute resident events and programming; manage amenity center operations and budget; develop communications and community partnerships; support boards, clubs, and administrative duties.

Manage day-to-day operations for assigned HOA communities, serve as liaison to Boards and residents, enforce CC&Rs, prepare budgets and board packets, oversee vendors and maintenance, conduct bi-monthly property inspections, handle correspondence and customer issue resolution, and ensure compliance with governing documents and regulations.
