Lead daily onsite community operations for HOA/residential properties: oversee vendors and assets, manage budgets and risk/compliance, develop onsite teams, advise boards on strategy, and engage residents to foster participation and inclusion.

Support the Community Manager with daily operations, enforce governing documents, conduct inspections and compliance tracking, manage resident communications and assessment collections, oversee vendors and site staff, assist design review, attend board/committee meetings, and provide onsite resident-focused services.

Provide a visible, professional presence at designated school crossings during assigned times to guide children and pedestrians, maintain orderly crossing activity, communicate with families, follow procedures, report concerns, work outdoors in varied conditions, and use required safety equipment.
