Designs secure, scalable, resilient solutions; establishes standards, roadmaps, governance, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices. Oversees vendors, operations, modernization projects, production escalations, and platform assessments. Serves as the senior technical authority, mentors architects and engineers, and advises executives and cross-functional teams on infrastructure strategy, security, performance, and reliability.

Supports global sourcing and supply chain technology initiatives from requirements gathering through solution design, testing, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement. Administers Coupa, Ariba, DocuSign, Power BI, and Power Platform environments; develops automation, AI-enabled workflows, reporting, and data solutions; manages testing, releases, user access, and application support. Partners with stakeholders, owns small to medium initiatives, and applies business analysis, analytics, project management, and process improvement skills.

Leads Carnival UK’s Financial Control function and a 20-person team, safeguarding financial integrity across reported results, statutory submissions, and management accounts under US GAAP and IFRS. Manages external auditors and global accounting partners, oversees quarter- and year-end close activities, strengthens governance and compliance, and drives continuous improvement. The role also coaches senior finance leaders and promotes a high-performance culture within a complex organization.
