Leads enterprise-wide business change across Carnival UK’s transformation portfolio, setting change strategy and governance, coordinating cumulative impacts, managing capacity and collision risks, and advising senior stakeholders. The role coaches change champions, assures change planning quality, supports readiness reporting and communications, and builds consistent organisational change capabilities across complex programmes and technology-enabled transformations.

Supports e-commerce decision-making by analyzing digital performance, customer behavior, testing, marketing, and commercial data. Responsibilities include ROI analysis, reporting and dashboard development, trend identification, deep-dive analysis, testing support, and evidence-based recommendations for improving customer acquisition, retention, conversion, and revenue. The role also maintains insight repositories and collaborates with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

The General Accountant handles tax compliance, statutory audits, regulatory requirements, general ledger activities, period-end close, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, treasury validation, reimbursements, and process improvements. The role also oversees supporting documentation, vendor and customer relationships, government permits, and adherence to local GAAP or IFRS. This position reports to the Finance Manager and operates in a hybrid Pasay office setup.
