Lead lifecycle management and optimization of shore and marine technical assets across seven private destinations. Own tenderboat acquisition, planned maintenance systems, dry-docking strategies, KPI reporting, spare-parts strategies, and Opex/Capex accountability. Drive adoption of MAST/PMS, standardize maintenance practices, ensure regulatory compliance, support HESS/RAAS audit follow-up, and collaborate with operations, asset management, sourcing, and corporate maritime teams to improve reliability and guest experience.

Support and maintain finance applications (Oracle EBS, BlackLine, Kyriba), monitor interfaces and reconciliations, assist UAT and access governance, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with Finance, Treasury, IT and stakeholders to ensure system continuity and project execution.

Manage end-to-end ADA interactive process and all leave-of-absence programs for shoreside North American employees. Review medical documentation, assess reasonable accommodations, administer FMLA/PWFA/state leave, coordinate with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and third-party administrators, deliver written determinations, ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws, and support return-to-work and benefits administration as needed.
