Serve as HR point person for assigned business units: provide day-to-day HR consultation, employee relations, performance management, policy compliance, HR project support, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring adherence to Philippine labor laws and escalating sensitive matters to HR leadership.

Lead enterprise CMS strategy, governance, and content operations. Manage platform health, integrations, taxonomy, metadata, DAM, accessibility, and publishing workflows. Oversee a team, set standards, drive adoption, partner with Product/Engineering/Marketing, and measure performance to improve scalability and content quality.

Handle inbound sales and service calls for casino guests and travel partners, process bookings and upgrades, resolve escalations, collaborate with internal teams, meet productivity and guest satisfaction goals, and participate in coaching and projects as assigned.
