Manages day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community, including staff supervision, resident relations, compliance, inspections, budgeting, rent collection, occupancy, maintenance coordination, marketing, and resident file administration. The role ensures safe, well-maintained housing, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and positive communication with residents, vendors, regulators, and organizational partners. On-site living is required, with a one-bedroom apartment provided.

Supports management of an affordable senior housing community through tenant relations, rent collection, financial recordkeeping, income recertifications, application processing, unit inspections, compliance documentation, and marketing vacant units. The role requires on-site living, frequent resident and stakeholder communication, and acting for the Community Manager when absent.

Supports management of assigned senior affordable-housing communities by maintaining resident records, completing income recertifications, processing applications, collecting rent, managing tenant relations, marketing vacancies, coordinating move-ins and inspections, and preparing regulatory and audit documentation. The role also provides financial recordkeeping, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, and acts for the Community Manager when absent.
