Support efficient, safe management of a senior housing community by maintaining resident relations, financial recordkeeping, income recertifications, leasing and waitlist processes, rent collection, move-in/move-out procedures, inspection preparation, and acting for the Community Manager as needed.

Oversee day-to-day operations, staff supervision, budgeting, resident relations, occupancy and compliance for an assigned affordable senior housing community. Coordinate maintenance, inspections, leasing, rent collection, and vendor partnerships while ensuring regulatory and Fair Housing compliance.
