Sell and merchandize company products to designated customers, execute planograms and promotions, maintain product availability and quality, perform QA audits, grow sales in assigned market, support internal teams, follow company policies and safety, and perform routine local travel.

Analyze and optimize automated warehouse picking and WMS processes, troubleshoot automation issues, coordinate with supervisors on operations and personnel, follow CMMS for work orders and maintenance, ensure safety and 5S compliance, and recommend system and SKU optimizations.

Provide field sales and merchandising support: stock, rotate, price, reset stores, implement planograms, assist deliveries, cover PTO/call-ins, use handheld devices, and communicate with store staff and management. Must meet alcohol/insurance criteria and perform physical tasks including lifting, shelving, and working weekends or last-minute schedule changes.
