Manages preconstruction activities including conceptual budgets, estimates, schedules, takeoffs, plan reviews, trade partner sourcing, RFIs, proposal accuracy, buyout, negotiations, and budget-to-actual analysis. Collaborates with project management, design teams, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to improve project affordability, coordination, cost control, and construction outcomes.

Lead construction projects from preconstruction through close-out, managing budgets, schedules, subcontracts, buyouts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and client reporting while ensuring safety, quality, and OSHA compliance and coordinating design, field operations, and trade partners.

Support project manager and field teams to ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance. Tasks include reviewing plans, preparing contracts and submittals, tracking RFIs, invoices, schedules, budgets, and maintaining project documentation (Procore). Coordinate trade partners, facilitate change orders, and assist with weekly reporting and site logistics.
