Provides regional operational leadership across multiple behavioral services offices. Coaches Program Directors, ensures compliance with policies, contracts, Title 17, and quality standards, monitors KPIs and financial reporting, supports audits and service expansion, leads crisis intervention training, manages outreach and stakeholder relationships, and provides interim leadership during vacancies. Requires frequent travel throughout Southern California, crisis-management expertise, developmental-disability experience, and strong knowledge of Regional Centers and social services systems.

Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring manager communication, onboarding, and documentation in Greenhouse. Build relationships with colleges and community organizations, attend career fairs, support employer branding, and organize new hire orientation while ensuring compliance with HR regulations and employment requirements.
