Leads desktop services, endpoint administration, asset and software inventory, Tier 1 and 2 IT support, and service delivery. Manages and mentors desktop and help desk teams, oversees deployments, patching, lifecycle planning, ticket escalation, documentation, security compliance, and process improvement. Coordinates with global support, infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams while advising IT leadership on end-user technology strategy.
