Lead and supervise a cross-platform engineering team building personalized experiences across web, Android and iOS. Collaborate with architects, product and QA to define and validate designs, enforce development best practices, manage releases and technical debt, estimate and prioritize work, remove impediments, mentor developers, and support hiring and capacity planning.

Provide library and information services for French-language regional radio and television: select, catalogue, archive and digitally manage file-based audiovisual assets; assist production teams with retrieval and use of materials; ensure preservation and adherence to CBC programming and media-usage policies.

Lead budgeting, consolidation and forecasting for French Services and Regional Media. Perform complex financial analyses, investigate variances, advise managers, develop reports and improve reporting frameworks, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and supporting cross-functional stakeholders.
