Lead application support, development, integration, and BI/reporting solutions. Manage ERP/MES and departmental systems, vendor relationships, data governance, dashboards, and BI tools. Coach team members, manage projects, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support data-driven decision-making across operations, finance, and manufacturing.

Serve as liaison between business and IT to support and improve business applications. Troubleshoot issues, perform configuration, testing, upgrades, data validation, and reporting. Develop and enhance Power BI/SSRS reports, SQL queries, SharePoint solutions, and automation workflows. Document processes, train users, coordinate vendors, and recommend system and integration improvements to ensure stability, security, and data accuracy.

Plan, manage, execute, and close multiple IT projects as the single point of contact for customers. Maintain schedules, scope, cost, and project financial health; identify and mitigate risks; facilitate stakeholder relationships and governance; run meetings; and produce project documentation, status reports, and plans.
