Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team: manage calendars and travel, prepare presentations and reports, coordinate meetings and shareholder events, manage corporate cards and divisional reports, create intranet announcements, and handle occasional personal tasks.

Perform purification and characterization of natural, synthetic, and semi-synthetic products; optimize lab procedures; maintain accurate lab notebooks and SOPs; support team deliverables, lab upkeep, and safety compliance while working onsite.

Develop, maintain, and administer SharePoint (on-premises and Online) solutions using SPFx, Power Platform, Power Automate, and JavaScript. Lead migrations from legacy systems, collaborate with business stakeholders and other developer teams, produce end-user and technical documentation, and provide occasional on-call and after-hours support.
