Lead user-centered design processes, conduct research, create prototypes, and collaborate with teams to shape the user experience of enterprise software.

Build and maintain scalable web applications, write testable code, participate in agile development and code reviews, support production via a rotating on-call schedule, and contribute to product reliability and observability.

Manage and coach the SDR team to hit quotas, optimize inbound/outbound prospecting, refine scripts and processes, collaborate with AEs and Marketing, track metrics and reports, hire and train SDRs, and act as a product and brand ambassador.
