The Client Relations Coordinator at Eden Utilities will enhance client experience, manage escalations, oversee service delivery, and improve operational processes while aligning with the company's core values.

Work in a 24/7 TSOC to detect, triage, and resolve network and security incidents across Layer 2/3 services (copper, fibre, Ethernet), managed CPEs and firewalls. Monitor and investigate using detection platforms, implement fixes or escalate to SMEs, document incidents, manage stakeholders and suppliers, handle security service requests, maintain playbooks and knowledge, and approve field dispatches/engineer visits within delegated limits while following KPIs and security policies.

The Data Quality Analyst ensures high-quality data across PXC by delivering reporting, applying data quality frameworks, and engaging stakeholders for improvement.
