Lead and manage TransLash's podcast department, supervising senior producers, overseeing project intake, editorial review, scheduling, budgeting, and workflow systems. Set creative direction with executive producers, ensure factual and editorial standards, coordinate cross-functional storytelling, manage external partnerships, and deliver projects on time and on scope while coaching staff and refining production processes.

The Director of Digital and Social Engagement will lead TransLash's digital strategy, manage a team, and collaborate across departments to enhance digital presence and community engagement.

The Senior Producer leads the editorial and creative direction of TransLash's 'The Anti-Trans Hate Machine' podcast, overseeing all aspects of production, from research to publication, while managing a team and ensuring narrative integrity.
