Embed with strategic customers to lead cross-functional teams delivering production impact from first engagement to deployment. Coordinate complex deployments, drive stakeholder alignment, translate field learnings into product direction, and spend extended onsite time with customers to ensure results.

Partner with founders to drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives end-to-end. Build planning, metrics, financial and analytical infrastructure, lead special projects (fundraising, vendor management), and own cross-functional problems to resolution with structured analysis and rapid execution.

Provide high-leverage support to founders (calendar, travel, scheduling); run office operations (space, supplies, vendors, meals); manage team logistics, onboarding, events and offsites; build operational systems and processes; proactively identify and resolve issues to keep a fast-growing team focused on mission.
