Develop and maintain cloud-based networking and security backend systems: process large-scale, real-time network data, design scalable microservices, improve reliability/security, collaborate cross-functional, and evaluate new technologies.

Develop and modernize front-end infrastructure for cloud-based networking and security management products. Responsibilities include designing front-end platform solutions, building and optimizing CI pipelines, maintaining testing frameworks, supporting CI/CD modernization, researching technologies, and establishing engineering best practices. The role also involves mentoring engineers, collaborating across teams, owning complex projects end to end, and contributing to the Prague team culture in a hybrid office environment.

Support global payroll by collecting, validating, and updating payroll data; managing onboarding and termination paperwork; maintaining the Papaya system; answering payroll questions; and coordinating with HR, Finance, Administration, insurers, and authorities. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, deadline management, and knowledge of payroll processes, income tax, labor laws, and social benefits.
