Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Product, and Customer Success to improve deal velocity, margins, forecasting, process adoption, and executive reporting. Drives enablement, workflow optimization, Salesforce and CPQ discipline, and AI-powered automation across a global sales organization.

Monitor customer networks for security threats, investigate and triage potential incidents, conduct limited incident response, and communicate confirmed incidents and remediation recommendations to customers. Track remediation through completion, work 24x7 shifts, and help improve security monitoring and incident response processes.
