Outbound-focused Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting assigned enterprise accounts via phone, email, and social media, qualifying opportunities (BANT), scheduling meetings for AEs, logging activity in Salesforce and Outreach, and meeting daily/weekly outreach and scheduling KPIs.

Sell Cato Networks SASE and SD-WAN solutions across Japan. Build and manage pipeline, forecast revenue, develop territory and partner relationships, run full sales cycle and deliver onsite and remote demos to technical and C-level buyers.

Provide Tier-3 post-sales technical support for cloud network security: own customer issues to resolution, troubleshoot networking and security problems, liaise with R&D and Product Management, advise customers, nurture relationships, and help expand global support services.
