The school bookkeeper maintains financial records, supports administrative functions, prepares reports, manages tuition accounts and liaises with financial services.

Provides advanced clerical and administrative support to school/department leaders: schedules meetings, prepares correspondence and reports, maintains filing and records, handles parent calls and billing/delinquency reports, performs general ledger data entry and basic account analysis, coordinates travel and meetings, and safeguards confidential information.

Manage and maintain the donor database and advancement systems, process and reconcile gifts, generate reports and dashboards, analyze donor trends, oversee data integrity and security, supervise data staff, support fundraising campaigns, and ensure compliance with privacy and reporting requirements.

Support the classroom teacher by supervising and instructing students, preparing materials and classroom spaces, assisting with safety, emergency procedures, and hygiene, working with individuals and small groups using progress-monitoring data, communicating with parents and staff, and participating in school religious activities and required trainings.

Greet and direct visitors and callers, manage mail and basic office equipment, coordinate meetings, maintain records and confidentiality, perform basic accounts and database tasks, support staff with orders and administrative duties, and provide bilingual (Spanish/English) reception coverage including occasional evening/weekend availability.

The Development Director leads fundraising efforts at Father Lopez Catholic High School, managing donor engagement, annual giving, and future campaigns to support the school's Catholic mission.

Supervise and care for students in after-school program (grades 1–8): check in/out, monitor play and homework, lead activities, enforce discipline, communicate issues to supervisors and parents, and support students' spiritual, social, emotional, and physical development. Work is on-site, afternoons and summers.

The school nurse provides medical care to students, manages medication, responds to emergencies, conducts health screenings, and educates on health practices.

Supports the principal in school administration, instructional leadership, discipline, staff supervision, scheduling, records and inventory management, professional development coordination, and oversight of Early Childhood programs while ensuring Catholic mission alignment and compliance with policies.
