Lead and execute a comprehensive advancement strategy to drive fundraising, alumni relations, events, donor cultivation, stewardship, and communications. Manage donor database and budgets, cultivate major and planned gifts, coordinate board and community engagement, and align advancement initiatives with institutional priorities and Catholic mission.

Provide front-office secretarial support to the principal and school staff: manage communications, schedules, attendance, files, records, mail, purchases, meeting coordination, and basic office administration while representing the school professionally and maintaining confidentiality.

Supports the principal in school administration, instructional leadership, discipline, staff supervision, scheduling, records and inventory management, professional development coordination, and oversight of Early Childhood programs while ensuring Catholic mission alignment and compliance with policies.

Supervise and care for students in after-school program (grades 1–8): check in/out, monitor play and homework, lead activities, enforce discipline, communicate issues to supervisors and parents, and support students' spiritual, social, emotional, and physical development. Work is on-site, afternoons and summers.

The school nurse provides medical care to students, manages medication, responds to emergencies, conducts health screenings, and educates on health practices.

The Development Director leads fundraising efforts at Father Lopez Catholic High School, managing donor engagement, annual giving, and future campaigns to support the school's Catholic mission.
