Provide administrative support to the Director of Campus Ministry: greet visitors, manage communications, maintain records/spreadsheets/databases, coordinate events and volunteers, handle purchasing and facility upkeep, and assist with logistics, publicity, and meeting preparation. Flexible hours, occasional local travel, and physical tasks (lifting up to 35 pounds) required.

Provide school-based nursing services including health assessments, management of acute/chronic conditions, immunization and screening coordination, emergency care, health counseling, recordkeeping, staff supervision, and collaboration with parents and school leadership to support student health within Catholic school policies.

Oversee athletic event and facility operations, coordinate schedules with Facilities, supervise game-day operations, manage facility rentals, camps, and ticketing to maximize revenue, serve as head coach, ensure compliance with TAPPS/UIL, and support the Athletic Department and school mission.
