Directs parish religious education and catechetical programs for children, adults, and families. Oversees sacramental preparation, OCIA, curriculum, catechist recruitment and training, volunteer supervision, safe-environment compliance, records, communications, program evaluation, and department budgeting. Supervises formation staff, collaborates with parish and diocesan leaders, supports evangelization, and reports to the Pastor. The role is full-time, on-site, and includes nights, weekends, holidays, and infrequent local travel.

The Substitute supports the Catholic education mission, provides instruction based on the adopted curriculum, manages student behavior, and communicates with parents and peers.

Provides piano accompaniment for Sunday Masses and other liturgical events, collaborates with music teams and parish staff, supports and encourages musicians, attends training, and maintains high professional performance standards. Requires strong Catholic liturgy knowledge, improvisation skills, flexibility, communication, organization, and availability for weekends, holidays, and major celebrations.
