Manage parish communications including weekly bulletin, website, social media, email/newsletters, photo/recording coordination, vendor liaison, content editing (English/Spanish), and technical support for displays and systems. Ensure timely, accurate, and policy-compliant content and maintain records and vendor contacts.

Provides high-trust administrative support to the Bishop, managing calendar, communications, travel, liturgies, records, meeting materials, and sensitive clergy and diocesan matters. Coordinates events, pastoral visits, and liturgical personnel; prepares correspondence, reports, and briefings; handles confidential information and supports diocesan governance, finance, and special projects.

Serve as paid alto section leader supporting volunteer adult choir: sing at rehearsals and Masses, act as solo cantor, lead and coach volunteer singers, learn and prepare music, attend auditions, and accept occasional weddings/funerals.
