Performs advanced grant and revenue accounting, including Medicaid billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, budget monitoring, financial reporting, audit support, and compliance. Manages complex grant and contract portfolios, resolves discrepancies, maintains documentation, supports internal controls, and advises finance and program leadership on funding requirements and risks.

Provides clerical and operational support for two homeless shelters, including data collection, reporting, supply and purchase-order tracking, volunteer recruitment and scheduling, front-desk coordination, bus-pass and key-card administration, maintenance request tracking, vendor communication, and community resource referrals.

Processes payroll and accounts payable as primary responsibilities, including ADP payroll maintenance, payroll reconciliations, journal entries, vendor payments, 1099 reporting, and general ledger classifications. Also supports accounts receivable, cash receipts, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, petty cash, audits, and financial reconciliations. Requires accounting education or five years of progressive accounting experience, Excel and accounting software proficiency, reliable transportation, and a Washington driver's license.
