Provides supervision, behavior management, crisis response, basic services, resource navigation, and supportive counseling to adults experiencing homelessness. Maintains schedules and records, coordinates with multidisciplinary staff, responds to emergencies, supports facility operations, and assists with laundry and cleanup. Requires culturally competent communication, collaboration, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to obtain a food handler’s card.

Provides substance use disorder clinical oversight and relapse-prevention support for residents in transitional and permanent housing. Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, case management, care coordination, clinical documentation, substance-use monitoring, urine analysis testing, breathalyzer administration, intake participation, and staff consultation. The role requires SUDP or SUDPT certification in Washington or the ability to obtain it shortly after hire.

Provides intensive behavioral health services to individuals with chronic mental health needs in homes, hospitals, and community settings. Conducts assessments, crisis intervention, safety planning, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, care coordination, documentation, and Medicaid-compliant service authorization. Works collaboratively with families, providers, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams. Requires 24/7 on-call availability, irregular hours, weekends, community-based work, and transition planning to ongoing natural and community supports.
