Provide job-readiness case management: engage clients, conduct outreach (calls/home visits), assign WEP/HSE/ESL/job search activities, place participants in county worksites, maintain CMS case notes and client plans, comply with contracts, attend meetings and trainings, and complete related administrative tasks.

Supervise Child and Family Support Workers, oversee Community Services and Kids Adventure Time programs, assist with recruitment/training, manage caseload and program paperwork, ensure contract compliance, prepare reports, support crisis intervention, monitor budgets, and collaborate with agencies to grow SHAPE services.

Supervise daily operations of a residential substance-use program and scattered sites; oversee staff, admissions, service plans, medical/mental health coordination, discharge planning, case management, compliance with OASAS standards, reporting, training, and facility safety.
