Provides direct immigration legal services to low-income individuals, including family-based petitions, asylum, humanitarian parole, adjustment of status, and removal defense. Represents clients before DHS and Immigration Court, conducts consultations, coordinates legal volunteers, supervises interns, delivers trainings, and participates in community outreach. The role requires bilingual Spanish-English communication, collaboration with vulnerable populations, compliance with legal and agency standards, and travel between Portland sites and community events.

Leads Catholic Charities of Oregon’s development strategy, fundraising programs, donor portfolio, major gifts, grants, events, bequests, and revenue growth. Manages the Development team, budget, donor CRM data, stewardship systems, board fundraising engagement, and Strategic Growth Committee support. Partners with the CEO, Finance, Communications, and program leaders to secure major gifts, strengthen donor relationships, identify funding opportunities, and advance organizational visibility. Serves as a public spokesperson and requires substantial nonprofit fundraising leadership experience.

Assists with annual budgets, program-specific budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and budget-to-actual analysis. Administers Prophix reports, allocations, users, and budget modules. Researches monthly cost variances, prepares revisions and scenarios, identifies trends, and recommends actions to improve financial performance. Collaborates with finance, accounting, program managers, executives, and board stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and managing multiple priorities.
