Facilitates onboarding and ongoing trainings for mission-site leadership and frontline staff. Coordinates scheduling, materials, feedback, learning communities, and continuous curriculum improvement. Partners with internal and external teams, observes site operations, identifies training gaps, maintains training records, evaluates effectiveness, and supports staff working in high-stress or crisis environments. Frequent travel is required.

The Director of FP&A leads annual operating planning, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, program economics, KPI and variance reporting, and executive decision support. The role partners with the CFO and organizational leaders to evaluate funding, staffing, capacity, sustainability, and investment decisions. It develops financial models, dashboards, business cases, and accessible recommendations while strengthening financial accountability across the organization.

Provides second-level IT support for employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365, accounts, applications, and collaboration technology. Manages tickets, onboarding and offboarding, equipment deployment, maintenance, procurement, asset records, and vendor coordination. Supports Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint patching, event media technology, and remote office needs while documenting resolutions and improving support processes.
