Lead development, launch, and management of the Steps to Success Mobility Mentoring program. Oversee staffing, grant administration, budgeting, compliance, community engagement, stakeholder relations, and performance reporting. Provide strategic vision, supervise program managers, drive client recruitment, and ensure culturally competent, data-informed service delivery to achieve program outcomes.

Provide individualized job readiness coaching, placement, employer engagement, and retention support for people experiencing homelessness. Conduct vocational assessments, develop employment plans, assist with applications and documentation, coordinate interviews and hiring events, track outcomes, collaborate with case managers and community partners, and use trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.

Provide non-medical, in-home support and program assistance for up to 45 participants. Duties include personal care and housekeeping, supervision, activity engagement, documentation of case notes and mileage, basic administrative support, and participation in meetings and trainings. Ensure client safety, communicate concerns, and support program operations while following agency policies and mission.
