Leads day-to-day operations of a Catholic Charities area office, supervising staff and direct-service programs. Oversees budgeting, documentation, personnel recommendations, community partnerships, donor engagement, fundraising, advisory board coordination, building maintenance, and development of new social service programs. Requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related human services field and at least three years of supervisory experience.

Provides direct legal representation and self-help assistance to low-income clients across civil practice areas, including landlord-tenant disputes, guardianship, custody, orders of protection, probate, and benefits. Coordinates referrals to volunteer attorneys, presents evidence in court, manages confidential client information, builds community relationships, and collaborates with Catholic Charities staff and legal partners.
