Lead and execute an integrated communications strategy to drive brand awareness, donor acquisition and retention, and community engagement. Supervise donor communications staff, produce print/digital/social content, manage the website and social accounts, oversee PR/media relations, use analytics to optimize campaigns, coordinate communications for fundraising/events and strategic initiatives, manage vendors, ensure HIPAA/confidentiality compliance, and improve communications processes.

Lead individual giving programs including appeals, donor cultivation, stewardship, and data management. Manage donor portfolios, develop annual appeal plans, support major and planned gifts, ensure Raiser's Edge NXT data integrity, create donor communications, monitor fundraising performance, represent the agency at events, and supervise staff or volunteers as assigned.

Support Head Start education by training and monitoring staff in child development, curriculum, and compliance. Conduct classroom observations, onboard staff, deliver trainings, serve as site supervisor when needed, plan integrated education services, and recommend classroom resource allocations while ensuring program performance standards.
