Source passive cleared talent, screen with technical credibility, manage interviews and offers, build durable pipelines, partner with hiring managers, provide market intelligence and metrics, and maintain ATS and sourcing discipline to support surge and ongoing hiring needs.

Develop, debug, and maintain AI/ML software solutions; collaborate with engineers and leadership to design systems; build tools for large-scale data analysis; produce documentation and user support materials.

Serve as senior leader owning U.S. government contracts, procurement, compliance, and QMS. Advise executive team, manage full contract lifecycle, lead JV/teaming agreements, liaise with DCAA/DCMA, ensure FAR/DFARS and ISO compliance, oversee audits and cost submissions, improve contracts processes, and scale a contracts team.
