Provides Tier 1 technical support to approximately 50,000 federal end users in a mission-critical environment. Responsibilities include receiving and triaging IT tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resetting passwords, assisting with desktop applications, remotely accessing user systems, documenting diagnostics, resolving or escalating incidents, and communicating ticket status. The role is onsite in Pocatello, Idaho, operates in a 24/7 environment, and requires an active Top Secret clearance.

Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. Deploy and scale containerized applications, maintain Helm charts, manage Docker microservices, and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools. Establish monitoring, alerts, and incident response processes for Kubernetes and Jenkins. Automate infrastructure operations, collaborate across teams, and uphold security and compliance practices. The role requires active TS/SCI Poly clearance and supports scalable, reliable AI solutions.

Develop and maintain AI applications and technical solutions, build tools for analyzing large-scale data, troubleshoot and test software, and create technical documentation and user support guides. The role collaborates with developers, staff, leadership, and engineering teams to solve complex customer problems. Candidates need an active Top Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, five or more years of relevant experience, object-oriented programming expertise, and proficiency with modern LLM tools.
