Manages client relationships and workplace dining programs for corporate accounts. Plans recurring meals and special events, curates menus with restaurant partners, monitors budgets and order accuracy, coordinates daily delivery logistics, resolves issues, and uses client feedback to improve service. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and comfort working with technology platforms in a fast-paced catering environment.

Provide office and People & Culture administrative support: manage office/facilities needs, vendor coordination, supplies, visitor reception, and event logistics; assist P&C with communications, scheduling, data entry, reports, onboarding-related tasks, and process improvements. Maintain confidentiality and create a positive in-office experience in a hybrid West Los Angeles role.
