Owns day-to-day BSA/AML and sanctions operations, including client onboarding, CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, screening, investigations, SAR reporting, Travel Rule compliance, training, recordkeeping, and management reporting. Supervises and expands the analyst team, manages compliance workflows, supports examinations and independent testing, and helps build financial-crime processes for a regulated digital-asset banking environment.

Build and operate the Trust Bank’s Compliance Management System, leading fiduciary compliance, third-party risk, affiliate transactions, privacy, UDAP, regulatory monitoring, training, and compliance reporting. The role prepares Board and committee materials, supports audits and examinations, drafts policies and procedures, and provides second-line oversight across risk assessments, monitoring, testing, and issue management.

Design and build backend services, APIs, SDKs, and user-facing systems enabling secure agent-to-agent financial interactions. Implement cryptographic identity, payment workflows, transaction processing, reputation tools, and scalable infrastructure for AI-native financial products.

Serve as the primary technical owner working onsite with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy secure AI-agent integrations. Architect and ship full-stack features (APIs, SDKs, apps), configure identity and credentialing, drive end-to-end deployments, troubleshoot legacy financial systems, and feed field learnings into the product roadmap to ensure reliable, auditable autonomous agent operations.
