Provide one-to-one, person-centred employment support for people with disabilities, mental health or other complex barriers. Use supported employment principles (vocational profiling, job matching, rapid job search, in-work support), engage employers and community partners, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and promote inclusion to help participants secure and sustain paid employment.

Use lived experience of the criminal justice system to co-design services, run co-production workshops, give feedback on programmes and creative materials, mentor new consultants, and act as an ambassador for lived-experience leadership. Session work: four three-hour paid workshops per year with travel expenses covered.

Support vulnerable primary-aged pupils through in-lesson and intervention work, implement behaviour management and de-escalation strategies, assist teachers with planning and lesson delivery (including IEPs), liaise with external agencies, and build positive relationships with pupils, families and professionals to promote engagement, progress and wellbeing.
