Lead internal and commissioner contract assurance audits across national services, produce RAG ratings, reports and improvement plans, manage compliance calendar and admin hub, train staff on evidencing and validation, collate impact and satisfaction data, support accreditation and ISO-related projects, and analyse data to identify themes to improve service delivery.

Carry out formative and summative sampling, standardise assessment practice, support external quality assurance and direct claim status, maintain IQA records, ensure portfolios meet awarding body standards and support learner outcomes.

Deliver engaging, accessible employability training for adults with barriers to work, incorporating labour market and sector trends. Support progression into apprenticeships, employment, education and training through outreach, relationship-building and adaptive facilitation. Collaborate with the Training & Curriculum Manager and partners to monitor, update and improve programme effectiveness.
