Teams at Catch22

Leads Catch22’s bids and proposals function, managing a team responsible for securing public sector contracts and grant funding. Oversees bid resourcing, governance, quality assurance, commercial modelling, risk management, strategic opportunities, process improvement, and stakeholder partnerships. Acts as Bid Director on major opportunities while driving team performance, capability development, and sustainable growth.

Build and manage influential relationships with commissioners, funders, government bodies, trusts, foundations, and strategic partners. Develop stakeholder engagement strategies, lead place-based engagement, provide market intelligence, identify growth and funding opportunities, and advise senior leaders on service development and pipeline decisions. The role also owns engagement processes, reporting, governance, compliance, and risk management while raising the organization’s profile across priority markets.

Use lived experience of the criminal justice system to co-design services, run co-production workshops, give feedback on programmes and creative materials, mentor new consultants, and act as an ambassador for lived-experience leadership. Session work: four three-hour paid workshops per year with travel expenses covered.
