Lead Catch22’s communications and external affairs strategy, strengthening reputation, political influence, stakeholder relationships, and public policy impact. Champion lived experience, shape compelling narratives, support organisational growth, and build trust with commissioners, funders, policymakers, regulators, media, and partners. The role also involves leading communications through change, setting organisational direction, and developing inclusive, high-performing teams.

Leads Catch22’s people, culture and wellbeing agenda, including workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change, leadership development, talent management, inclusion, engagement and organisational development. The role develops and delivers people strategy, oversees the colleague experience, provides workforce insight, ensures governance and compliance, and influences executives, trustees and stakeholders across a complex, multi-site organisation.

Provides HR administration and customer-focused people operations support, including recruitment processing, background checks, onboarding, contracts, payroll changes, absence management, TUPE administration, employee records, and leaver processes. The role also supports grievance, disciplinary, and sickness absence procedures while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and strong relationships with managers, employees, payroll, and the wider People team.
