Own Catbird's ecommerce strategy and day-to-day site operations, lead the Magento-to-Shopify migration, set the digital roadmap, manage agency and technical partners, define measurement and KPIs, analyze funnels to improve conversion and AOV, and mentor junior ecommerce staff while partnering cross-functionally to elevate the digital customer experience.

Lead Catbird’s CX function, managing a 7–10 person team, handle escalations and VIP clienteling, optimize repairs/returns operations, evolve CX strategy and tooling, partner cross-functionally, track KPIs, and implement AI/automation to improve service and operational efficiency.
