Ensures gaming technology, electronic gaming systems, software, sports book equipment, and table game systems comply with tribal, federal, compact, and internal-control requirements. Conducts inspections and technical testing, reviews system changes and software updates, tracks equipment and software inventories, investigates irregularities, supports incident response, and maintains regulatory records. Coordinates with casino departments, vendors, regulatory agencies, and gaming commission staff. The role includes shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and frequent casino-floor work.
