Manages configuration management for developmental and operational systems across their full life cycle. Responsibilities include establishing baselines, controlling hardware and software versions, conducting change control and audits, maintaining CM tools and libraries, developing build procedures, improving CM processes, training teams, and reporting status to management. The role requires configuration management experience, relevant education or equivalent experience, CM tool familiarity, U.S. citizenship, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Develop, design, test, maintain, and enhance web-based multi-tier business applications using .NET technologies, C#, databases, and web services. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, translating business needs into software specifications, conducting code reviews and testing, managing integrations and installations, troubleshooting application issues, performing data analysis, supporting change management, and collaborating with business and technical teams.

Build and configure SharePoint websites, develop SharePoint applications, and create business process management, collaboration, and business intelligence tools. Work with SharePoint, .NET, C#, SQL Server, Access, and related Microsoft technologies. Translate complex information into accessible solutions for nontechnical users while working independently and communicating effectively.
