Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors; track schedules, budgets, change orders, pay applications, and meeting minutes; maintain project documentation and logs; lead project teams and ensure conformity with contract scope and performance requirements.

Oversee light-industrial construction projects by managing contracts, documentation, buyout/purchasing, subcontractor relations, schedules, owner/architect communication, pay applications, and ensuring contract conformity and performance.

Lead development and adoption of companywide operational playbooks and SOPs, partner with the COO and technology teams to align systems (e.g., Procore) with workflows, drive operational reporting and risk reviews, capture lessons learned, and support training and change adoption to ensure consistent, efficient project delivery across business units.

Support the Project Manager with subcontractor buyout, scheduling, purchasing, documentation, submittals, RFIs, change order review, budget reporting, and project closeout. Maintain project logs, communicate with stakeholders, enforce site safety, and assist in resolving schedule conflicts to help deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Develop standards, lead multidisciplinary coordination, manage clash detection and model integration, integrate reality capture and drone data, support site modeling and earthwork analysis, and train teams to embed digital construction workflows across projects.

Prepare accurate bids and quantity surveys for light industrial projects by soliciting and reviewing subcontractor proposals, using take-off software, completing scope sheets, coordinating trades, distributing addenda, and supporting handoffs to project management.
