Leads, coaches and develops project teams, participates in preconstruction, pursues business development, and travels regularly (3-4 times/month).

Provide broad legal support with emphasis on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating prime and subcontract construction contracts; manage disputes and litigation; oversee outside counsel; advise executive leadership and HR on legal and compliance matters; maintain contract templates and playbooks; deliver training; and support corporate transactions and risk mitigation across operations.
