Responsibilities include managing health, retirement, leave, workers’ compensation, enrollments, vendors, open enrollment, HRIS data, compliance reporting, audits, billing reconciliation, utilization analysis, compensation and benefits surveys, and payroll coordination. The role serves as a subject matter expert on benefits regulations and employee accommodations while partnering with Finance, Payroll, Safety, and the People Team.
