Leads accounting and financial reporting for a healthcare real estate portfolio spanning multiple entities, joint ventures, development projects, and operating companies. Oversees close processes, GAAP compliance, internal controls, treasury, distributions, construction accounting, lender and investor reporting, audits, tax coordination, and debt covenant compliance. Manages and develops the accounting team while supporting acquisitions, refinancings, dispositions, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement.

Provides reception, clerical, administrative, and office operations support across departments. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing calls, mail, deliveries, supplies, files, scheduling, office equipment, deposits, building-related issues, and employee events. The role maintains a professional, organized workplace and supports special projects. Candidates need a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, and availability from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
