Lead and supervise scaffold crews to safely erect, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding. Ensure compliance with safety policies, complete JHAs and documentation, inspect materials, mentor crew members, coordinate with site supervisors and other trades, and maintain productivity and quality on project schedules.

Perform mechanical boiler-related tasks under light supervision including unbolting/bolting flanges and manways, controlled bolting, basic vessel work, catalyst handling support, and adherence to HSE, LO/TO, and plant procedures.

Assist scaffold carpenters and leadmen with erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding. Transport and secure materials, maintain work area cleanliness, follow safety procedures, pass drug/alcohol testing, and perform other duties under direct supervision.
