Owns partner ecosystem development, revenue targets, portfolio strategy, pricing, contracts, business cases, and go-to-market models. Translates partner insights into product and operational strategies, influences enterprise planning, and supervises a Partner Services Project Manager. Requires executive communication, cross-functional leadership, contract negotiation, and demonstrated P&L impact.

Provides advanced desktop support across computers, virtual desktops, mobile devices, printers, telephones, cloud environments, and related infrastructure. Diagnoses technical issues, manages vulnerabilities and deployments, standardizes desktop environments, documents processes, and supports ITSM requests. Participates in complex projects, routine and after-hours support, and on-call coverage. Trains and mentors help desk staff and end users while maintaining desktop, network, and server environments.

Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce, including user profiles, permissions, sharing settings, objects, fields, and automated Flows. Translate business requests into Salesforce solutions, perform SQL and SOQL queries, document configurations, troubleshoot issues, and support and train end users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and a senior Salesforce developer on CRM strategy, integrations, system enhancements, and multiple complex projects.
