Owns sales growth across the DACH and CEE regions through reseller, system integrator, distributor, and technology partner development. Responsibilities include enabling partners, creating joint opportunities, managing direct and partner-led sales cycles, handling commercial and initial technical discussions, forecasting pipeline, attending customer and industry events, and providing market feedback. The role requires enterprise infrastructure software sales experience, strong German and English communication, regional networking, technical understanding of virtualization, storage, or Kubernetes, and regular regional travel.

Own CloudCasa’s technical marketing strategy and execution across content, demos, positioning, partner marketing, launches, competitive intelligence, events, and analyst engagement. Translate Kubernetes data protection capabilities into compelling materials for technical and executive audiences. Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, support, customers, and partners; install and demonstrate the product; measure marketing impact; and strengthen team practices through mentoring at the Principal level.
