Lead and grow an eight-person data conversion team to design, build, test, and validate ETL conversion jobs for SaaS products. Develop playbooks, standards, estimation tools, and data-mapping practices; partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and PSO; enforce quality, performance tuning, and adopt AI-assisted tooling to improve throughput.

Process and balance received payments, reconcile deleted checks with control logs, resolve discrepancies, process retail accounts per schedule, handle mail transactions by matching coupons to checks, and operate an Opex mail/scan machine.

Prints and prepares medical ID cards, matches correspondence, maintains production logs and reconciliation, operates printing equipment, ensures quality and productivity, communicates issues, and assists with related tasks.
