Configure, install, integrate, test, and support software solutions for government clients. Gather business and technical requirements, troubleshoot implementation issues, support API and system integrations, assist with data migration and SQL validation, create technical documentation, and collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, sales, business analysts, and clients throughout implementation projects.

Owns post-sale relationships with government SaaS customers, driving adoption, satisfaction, retention, renewals, and account growth. Responsibilities include business reviews, success planning, renewal coordination, escalation management, executive engagement, risk identification, remediation planning, onboarding, cross-sell identification, and cross-functional customer advocacy. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills, with at least three years of customer success or account management experience.

Lead government-software implementation projects from planning through go-live, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholder communication, QA, and user acceptance testing. Establish project governance and maintain delivery documentation using Kantata. Manage multiple concurrent projects while coaching project teams and directly supervising 2–3 Project Coordinators. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality outcomes.
