The Director of FP&A owns Catalis’s long-term financial model, bookings-to-ARR waterfall, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, SaaS KPI framework, and variance analysis. The role partners with executives, vertical leaders, Sales Operations, and delivery teams to guide planning, business cases, pipeline forecasting, and M&A modeling. It requires advanced financial modeling, SaaS metrics expertise, executive communication, and experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity.

Implement ERP and other software solutions for municipal government clients. Responsibilities include gathering post-sale requirements, developing and tracking project plans, configuring and installing software, communicating with clients, obtaining feedback and approvals, coordinating deliverables and milestones, and partnering with Customer Success to ensure successful adoption.

Leads the transformation of fragmented QA teams into a centralized shared services organization based in India. Establishes QA strategy, governance, standards, automation, CI/CD integration, performance testing, accessibility compliance, metrics, and continuous improvement. Manages offshore QA leaders, drives AI-enabled quality engineering, oversees test execution across product verticals, and engages executives, clients, engineering, and product stakeholders. Requires periodic travel to India and ownership of WCAG compliance, test management, and release readiness.
