Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and technology teams: gather and document requirements, analyze data, map and improve processes, manage stakeholders, support solution evaluation, UAT, and project coordination.

Manage incoming payments, invoicing, and collections; reconcile customer accounts; resolve billing discrepancies; prepare AR reports; support month- and year-end close; ensure compliance and improve billing processes while providing client support.

Lead implementation and migration projects for government clients: plan schedules, manage risks/issues, coordinate QA/UAT, train users, troubleshoot payments software, and ensure on-time delivery while communicating with stakeholders.
