Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits, retirement, and leave programs across U.S. and Canada. Process enrollments and life events, coordinate with vendors and payroll, ensure compliance with leave and benefits regulations, reconcile contributions and invoices, create communications, and support open enrollment and benefits projects.

Provide first-line technical support for municipal SaaS customers via phone, email, and chat. Log incidents in the ticketing system, perform basic troubleshooting (password resets, installs, connectivity), escalate complex issues, maintain knowledge base content, and communicate status updates to customers.

Serve as a bridge between stakeholders and technology teams: gather and document requirements, analyze data, map and improve processes, manage stakeholders, support solution evaluation, UAT, and project coordination.
