Provides administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining confidential employee records, filing and retention compliance, coordinating company events, creating forms, supporting training sessions, and assisting the main office and Accounting Department. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, independence, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for cutting, tempering, lamination, edge finishing, and inspection. Analyze yield and defects, support NPI, maintain process documentation in Epicor Kinetic, lead continuous improvement, collaborate with quality, vendors, and maintenance, and train operators to improve throughput and first-pass quality.

Prepare and proof artwork and blueprints, create part masters and BOMs, enter jobs in ERP, manage screen print materials (screens, inks), support production and sales, test and create color chips, and ensure production readiness for screen-printed parts.
