Coordinates human resources operations, including employee records, recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, payroll, workers’ compensation, safety and health programs, employee engagement, policy development, and employment-law compliance. Advises managers on HR procedures, supports strategic HR planning, maintains confidentiality, reports employee performance information, and processes weekly payroll.

Sell machinery and services within an assigned territory, maintain product and competitive knowledge, perform field demonstrations, manage customer records and paperwork, coordinate with service for setup/delivery, follow up for customer satisfaction, and attend sales meetings and training.
