Two-year rotational program for new graduates to develop leaders in operations and finance. Participants complete four six-month rotations across settlements, trading operations, treasury, credit, tax, enterprise improvement, and product control, work on strategic projects, receive training, and may receive full-time offers from host groups.

Supports U.S. indirect tax compliance and analysis for oil liquids activities. Responsibilities include researching tax laws, preparing returns, managing audits and documentation, reconciling payments, resolving tax authority notices, implementing legislative changes, reviewing contracts, and coordinating with trading and operations teams to ensure accurate tax treatment.

Provides administrative and operational support for a power plant team, including invoice processing, purchasing, budgeting, accruals, vendor coordination, SAP and maintenance-system administration, inventory and work-order records, scheduling, and meeting coordination. The role also supports procurement, accounting, special projects, and cross-functional activities involving land, environmental, project management, and safety departments.
