Lead the underwriting function for complex, non-standard lending including bridging and specialist buy-to-let mortgages. Oversee a team, manage high-value cases, and ensure robust policies and compliance.

Lead financial accounting oversight, own financial statement preparation and policies, manage complex accounting models and impairment models, oversee audit and external relationships, implement controls and governance, and lead a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate reporting and technical accounting excellence.

Lead the bank's Savings strategy, product performance, pricing and innovation. Drive growth through market insight, customer-first product design, distribution and marketing, while ensuring risk, governance and regulatory compliance. Manage and develop product and pricing teams and collaborate with Treasury, Finance and senior stakeholders.

Deliver First Line quality assurance and operational risk activities across the bank: perform QA reviews, call/case/process assessments, identify trends and root causes, support remediation tracking and effectiveness, produce MI and governance reporting, and collaborate with Operations, Risk and Compliance to strengthen controls and improve customer outcomes.

Lead second-line enterprise-wide risk oversight across operational, treasury, model, technology/cyber and financial crime. Provide independent challenge, develop risk frameworks, deliver governance and reporting to Executive and Board, oversee remediation and model/treasury governance, and lead a high-performing risk team to strengthen the bank's risk profile and resilience.

Lead development and delivery of prudential risk frameworks (ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Plan). Coordinate capital, liquidity and stress-testing activities, ensure regulatory compliance, provide prudential insight to governance forums, and maintain controls and reporting across Finance, Treasury and Risk.
