Process inbound and outbound payments, investigate exceptions, perform daily and monthly reconciliations, maintain financial controls and audit trails, resolve discrepancies, and support customer and internal queries. The role also contributes to testing, system enhancements, process improvements, risk management, and procedure maintenance across banking business lines.

Deliver First Line quality assurance and operational risk activities across the bank: perform QA reviews, call/case/process assessments, identify trends and root causes, support remediation tracking and effectiveness, produce MI and governance reporting, and collaborate with Operations, Risk and Compliance to strengthen controls and improve customer outcomes.
