The BDC Representative responds to customer calls, emails, chats, and internet inquiries; provides initial product and financing information; schedules sales appointments; follows up with leads and no-shows; maintains CRM records; and collaborates with dealership sales teams and management.

Sell new and used vehicles by understanding customer needs, demonstrating products, negotiating payment terms, and building lasting customer relationships. Follow up with buyers to generate referrals, support customer satisfaction, report sales activities and objectives, and transition customers to the Service Department. Requires prior automotive sales experience, strong communication, product knowledge, flexible availability, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with insurability guidelines.
