Manage and track all leads, ensure timely follow-up, oversee day-to-day BDC operations, collect and analyze metrics, train and support call center representatives, and handle customer inquiries or calls as needed.

Sell new and used vehicles by using consultative selling, product demonstrations, negotiation, and follow-up to build customer relationships and drive referrals. Report to Sales Manager on activities and performance, transition customers to Service, and participate in training and dealership sales processes.
