Design, optimize, and secure AWS cloud architectures to support government incident response operations. Lead migrations, create IaC templates and automation, implement hardened security controls, support CI/CD and troubleshooting, and provide architecture reviews and technical guidance during active engagements.

Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and produce strategic assessments on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, weapon systems, and military capabilities. Develop written intelligence products and deliver formal or informal briefings for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders. Apply intelligence tradecraft, publication standards, and community writing formats while responding to dynamic requirements and working within IC and Combatant Command environments.
