The MS Enclave Administrator will manage Azure environments, troubleshoot issues, maintain systems, and lead projects while collaborating with Microsoft teams and customers.

Support government customer by extracting, cleaning, modeling, and analyzing large datasets; automate ETL and statistical workflows; develop/validate data models and novel statistical approaches; produce reports, visualizations, and data packages; operate independently on data science/engineering tasks and support capability acquisition.

Produce all-source economic intelligence on defense resources and infrastructure: analyze and forecast defense budgets, model force feasibility under economic constraints, assess arms trade and sanctions, support sanctions enforcement and interdiction, maintain intelligence databases (MIDB/MARS), and deliver written products and briefings for policymakers, operators, and defense stakeholders.
